Issue with "Internet connection appears to be offline" Error During Screenshot Import in NSEasyConnect

About the Issue
Since around iOS 18.3, we have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries from users regarding the screenshot import feature.
Specifically, users are reporting an issue where the error message "Internet connection appears to be offline" is displayed during screenshot download processing, preventing normal import functionality.
Solution
If you encounter this issue, please check the following settings:
Steps to check iOS settings:
- Open the [Settings] app
- Tap [Apps] or [Privacy & Security]
- Select [NSEasyConnect]
- Check if [Local Network] is enabled
When this setting is disabled, the app cannot properly perform data transfers within the same network, which may result in the "offline" error being displayed.
